## Space Welcome to your cozy haven in the heart of Le Havre! 🌞 This apartment is the perfect spot to enjoy Le Havre’s vibrant life, UNESCO-classified architecture, and lively shopping streets. 👀 This charming space offers stunning views of the Niemeyer Volcano, the Bassin du Commerce, and the Town Hall.
Located on the 1st floor of a calm and secure residence with an elevator, this bright apartment is designed for 2 people and includes: - A comfortable living area with a lounge corner and dining space offering a splendid view of Général de Gaulle square. - An open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to cook delicious meals. - A bedroom with a glass partition, featuring a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm) for restful nights. - A modern bathroom with a shower, WC, and hairdryer. ✅ Included: bed and bath linens, free WiFi, Smart TV, garment steamer, etc. ⚠️ Note: Breakfast is not included, but nearby bakeries will delight your taste buds! ⚠️ Be respectful: Noise must be limited between 10 PM and 7 AM.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
Non-compliance may result in termination of the rental agreement and withholding of the security deposit. ## Access Welcome to your home away from home! You’ll have access to all parts of the apartment. 🏠 🚘 Parking: Paid parking is available from 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5:30 PM (free on Sundays and public holidays).

La proximité du centre ville, plage et autres. Possibilité de tout faire à pieds
Cuisine suffisante pour petit déjeuner mais plaque trop juste pour plus.

Une vue superbe sur la place . Et toutes les commodités autour. La propreté de l'appartement et lit très confortable !
Le" canapé " trop petit et inconfortable. Il aurait fallu des tablettes de chevet . Et aussi une chaise dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain . On ne savait pas où poser nos affaires . Un freezer dans le frigo . Notre pain de glace n'a pas pu gelé pour notre glacière sur le chemin du retour pour y mettre nos aliments. Un mini four aussi serait un plus .
