Completely renovated with taste, this superb T2 is located in the hypercenter of Caen, at the foot of the Marina, pedestrian streets, and shops.
We can accommodate up to 3 travelers (ideally a couple and a child).
It is composed as follows: - A beautiful living space equipped with a Smart TV where you can watch your favorite series (access to Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube if you have an account). - A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, including refrigerator, oven/microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary equipment for cooking delicious meals. - A bedroom with workspace (ideal for telecommuting), featuring a quality double bed (140x200cm) and plenty of storage space. - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
The accommodation does not have a private parking space; however, paid parking spaces outdoors and private car parks (Vendeuvre Parking, Resistance Parking) are available just a few steps from the apartment.
Complimentary amenities include: bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation.
