Within a secure residence equipped with a private tennis court 🎾, our beautiful apartment has been completely renovated. It is furnished, bright, and without vis-à-vis.
With a maximum capacity of 4 people, it is composed as follows
- An open kitchen with a bar area including: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, Senseo coffee machine, dishes, utensils, plenty of storage, ...
- A large living room with a lounge equipped with a smart UHD TV, a sofa bed, and a washing machine.
- A beautiful duplex bedroom with comfortable bedding (140x200) and a dressing room.
- A shower room with toilet.
The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy Rouen while being in a quiet area (5 minutes walk from the Place du Vieux Marché).
Provided for your convenience: A private parking space 🚘 (please note limited parking space, difficult access for 4x4/SUV/sedans), bed linen and towels, tennis rackets, free WiFi, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, etc...
Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10pm and 7am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages. We thank you for your understanding.

##Interaction
We will be pleased to welcome you personally to our apartment. Please inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize your key handover as efficiently as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!

Very convenient whether you come by train or by car, the apartment is ideally located, in a prestigious residence, quiet, less than 5 minutes from the city center and the train station.
##Notes
Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Check-in: Check-in will be done physically between 4pm and 8pm. Please inform us of your arrival time as early as possible to organize your key handover as efficiently as possible.
Check-out: Between 8am and 11am.
We do our best to provide you with quality service. We thank you for being as precise as possible with your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.
In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, so please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
A valid ID may be requested upon entering the premises. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.
If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
