The accommodation is situated on the 4th floor (with elevator).
Fully furnished and very bright, it includes: - An open space living room / kitchen / dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room features a Smart UHD TV. - A bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200cm) and a dressing room. - A second bedroom that can also serve as an office for travelers who wish to work remotely.
The room is equipped with a high-quality convertible sofa bed measuring 140 x 200cm. - A bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit, toilet, and storage.
Bed linen and towels are provided in the rental.
The accommodation also has a private and secure parking space.
Free high-speed WIFI internet connection (fiber optic) is available to our guests.
You will find everything you need to feel at home.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

No parties or events will be tolerated in the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the security deposit in case of excesses or damages. ##Access Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
The keys to the accommodation will be handed over to you upon arrival.
