##Space Stunning 70m² apartment with 3 bedrooms, each equipped with double beds.
It's the perfect place to enjoy a family, business, or friends' stay! Beautifully decorated and furnished, our apartment is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a quiet and easily accessible residence in the hypercenter of Le Havre.
Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! A little paradise to enjoy Le Havre and its region.
The train station and tram are located just 200m from the apartment! Fully furnished and equipped, it includes: - A fitted kitchen, with refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, workspace, plenty of storage, kitchen utensils, etc... - A living room with a Smart UHD TV - Three beautiful bedrooms with desk and dressing area (one with balcony). - A bathroom with washer dryer - Separate toilet.
The accommodation is very bright and without vis-à-vis.
It is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 6 travelers.
Available to you: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, etc...
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am.
No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank deposit in case of overflow or damage.
