Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, our apartment (basement requiring a few steps down to access) will offer you all the necessary comfort for a wonderful stay within a residence boasting superb bourgeois architecture. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home!
With a maximum capacity of 2 people, the apartment is composed as follows
- A small outdoor English courtyard to enjoy a good coffee in the first rays of sunshine;
- An open-plan "American-style" kitchen connected to the living room, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, worktop, plenty of storage, kitchen utensils, etc.);
- A spacious living area with a lounge/dining area, Smart TV (you can log in to Netflix and Canal+ with your credentials), and a workspace (small desk);
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
- Sleeping area: A beautiful bedroom equipped with a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm, new as of 03/06/2024) well soundproofed for peaceful nights!
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the proximity to the SNCF train station, the charm, and the life of Rouen, all while being in a quiet environment.
Available for you: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
The apartment does not have a private parking space. Even though finding a parking spot in Rouen can be quite a challenge, you will still find free parking spaces just a few meters away from the apartment (Rue de la Bohème).
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.

The accommodation is located in the heart of Rouen, near the train station and less than a 10-minute walk from all the main tourist attractions of the city (the Gros Horloge, Place du Vieux Marché, etc.).
You are also close to all shops and cultural centers.

- Standard check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).
⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances
- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.
🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property
- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- No parties allowed
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation
- Pets are not allowed
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
