Sauveur, in the city center of Caen, this superb 2-room apartment will charm you with its typical architecture of the city, its calmness, and its small private garden! Recently renovated, this apartment is ideal for a quiet stay while staying in the heart of a city full of history.
Accommodating up to 2 travelers, it is composed as follows: - A beautiful living/dining room with direct access to the garden (equipped with 2 sun loungers, garden furniture + table with 2 chairs) - A kitchen with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all the necessary equipment to cook delicious meals. - 1 bedroom equipped with a bed (160x200cm). - 1 bathroom with a traditional shower. - 1 laundry room with washing machine.
Complimentary amenities include: bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea and coffee for your first morning, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation.
