Fully renovated, it blends vintage furniture and modern amenities with a nod to the history of the Merchant Marine in Normandy.
You're just a few steps away from the Bassin du Roi (formerly Bassin François 1er), downtown, and less than 5 minutes from the main attractions.
The apartment is designed for 2 guests and consists of: - A living space with an open kitchen to the dining area (refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, coffee machine, work surface, plenty of storage, and kitchen utensils). - A cozy lounge area with a non-functional fireplace. - A bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a brand-new EMMA 2024 mattress. - An Italian-style bathroom. - Separate WC.
The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the charm and life of Le Havre, while being less than 5 minutes from the main attractions. ✅ Included in the rental: Bed linen and towels, iron and ironing board, washing machine. ⚠️ Please note: Breakfast is not included.
NB: A baby cot can be provided upon request only.
The apartment does not have a parking space, but several parking spaces are available nearby. ⚠️ Let's be respectful: Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM.
No parties or festive events are allowed in the apartment.
If the house rules are violated, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and retain part or all of the security deposit. ## Access By staying with us, you will have access to all areas of the apartment. ## Interaction 🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option.

You can enjoy the friendliness of its residents, the fishing port, many restaurants, Art and History museums, and the numerous pre-war landmarks that stand out from the rest of the city.
