Surrounded by an olive grove south of Ostuni, Villa Dianora is a recently built villa with a view of the coast, arranged on one level and with a contemporary style. Furnished with taste and modern design, the villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan living area with kitchen and dining room. Designed for comfort and sustainability, it is equipped with a photovoltaic system and high-tech materials. Outside, guests will find an outdoor dining area under a bioclimatic pergola, a built-in barbecue and an equipped solarium next to the characteristic sapphire-green pool. Scenic and convenient, the location is just a short drive from the shops of Carovigno, the Torre Guaccio Nature Reserve and the beaches of the Adriatic.

The villa is laid out on one floor. MAIN FLOOR – Open-plan living area with kitchen and lounge, access to the front terrace; two double bedrooms; a twin bedroom; two bathrooms with showers, one on each side of the villa; laundry room with external access near the pergola. Air conditioning in the rooms.
Park
The property covers about 4000 square meters of fenced land, planted with olive trees and Mediterranean shrubs. A paved ramp connects the entrance gate to a parking area for four cars. A 20-meter stone driveway connects the car park to the main entrance. The garden includes a tiled terrace with bioclimatic pergola, an outdoor dining area, a seating area next to the pool and a steel barbecue. The garden is fenced with metal mesh. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool
The rectangular pool is located directly in front of the villa and is accessible via two teak steps. It measures 10 x 4 meters, with a constant depth of 1.40 m; covered in non-slip and athermic porcelain stoneware in sapphire green tones and with a salt purification system; internal lighting, teak solarium with sun loungers, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a lounge area between the pool and the veranda. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
