Colorful apartment with balcony, able to comfortably accommodate 4 people thanks to two double bedrooms and all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The accommodation boasts two panoramic views of the Umbrian hills and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Perugia, a stone's throw from the Fontivegge station (300 meters) and excellently connected to the historic center, reachable by public transport in about 10 minutes. Parking space included!
The 77 sqm accommodation is located on the third floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION! You need to climb the stairs to access it.
The internal space is made up as follows
- KITCHEN CORNER with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, traditional oven, toaster and electric kettle
- LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa and TV
- BEDROOM I with double bed, sofa and wardrobe
- BEDROOM II with double bed, open wardrobe and TV
- BATHROOM with wc, bidet and shower box
- BALCONY with table and chairs x2.
Free uncovered parking space available in the condominium car park below the building, closed by a barrier.
ATTENTION: The key to open the barrier, together with those of the entrance door, is located inside an internal safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in. It is therefore necessary to leave the car on the street, retrieve the parking key from the box and then take the car to the parking lot.
Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, fans, washer dryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The apartment is located 300 m from Perugia station and 250 m from the Minimetrò, thanks to which, in about 10 minutes of travel, you can reach the historic center of the city, where it is possible to visit Piazza IV Novembre, with the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Fontana Maggiore, one of the most famous in Italy, built in the medieval period based on the designs of Nicola and Giovanni Pisano to receive the water coming from the Monte Pacciano aqueduct.
The area is also well equipped with all the comforts and services necessary for your stay: a supermarket, bar and pharmacy are in fact within 400 metres.
