In Cancale, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 200 m² house with sea view, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 14 travelers.
It features an attractive 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, seven bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower) and a 1,000 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises: Ground floor: - 50 m² living room with sea view, TV, sofa, dining area... - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with double bed and en-suite shower room Second floor: - Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds - Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: with sea view and queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC - A shower room with a large shower, two basins and WC. Second floor: - Bedroom 5: with sea view, queen-size bed (160×200) and dressing room - Bedroom 6: with a sea view, two single beds that can be joined or separated. - Bedroom 7: with sea view, two single beds that can be joined or separated. - Bathroom with shower, double washbasin - separate WC Additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Location is superb; easily accessible to the town centre and shops. Lovely old traditional french town house with views to the Mont St Michel. The host who met us with the keys was lovely. Very friendly and helpful.
The gateway to enter the property with a car was a little narrow but doable. Unfortunately we couldn't access the balcony as it was being assessed and soon to be strengthened.

Très belle maison, propre, bien équipée, avec 4 salles de bain. A proximité de la mer.
Contact agréable avec Valérie
Dommage pour le coté « business » de la maison => un surcoût en cas d’arrivée après 20h + pas possible de partir plus tard le dernier jour alors que personne n’avait réservé, ni le soir ni les 15 jours suivants.

Week-end à cancale merveilleux ! Très belle maison spacieuse, très propre, literies et chambres au top! Pas besoin de prendre la voiture : tout est accessible à pied!! Tout était parfait! Et pour finir l'accueil chaleureux de Valérie ! Nous reviendrons c'est sur!
