Good selection of shops and amenities is located at the end of the road. Features 1 bedroom with double bed. Kitchen/Dining/Living Room Sofa bed in the living room for an extra 2 guests Family bathroom with shower over bath Free street parking is available Additional rules - No pets - No smoking, parties, or events - Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and check-out by 10 AM - Self check-in with lockbox - Parties are strictly prohibited - Extra guests are not allowed - Respect for neighbors is highly appreciated.
Keep the noise down, especially after 10 pm. - Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible - This is your home in Cardiff, please care for it as such - Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property - Street parking possible - Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to £200 IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
