Cocoonr is offering this charming 40 m² flat with a swimming pool for rent in Montreuil-Bellay, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the ground floor of a holiday cottage, it comprises a lovely 18 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - An 18 m² living room with a TV and a double sofa bed... - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A shower room (with shower) and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A terrace measuring approximately 7×3m with furniture - A 6×3m heated swimming pool, shared with a second holiday let, open from April to October and fitted with a safety barrier - A 1,000 m² enclosed garden, shared with a second holiday let, with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Montreuil-Bellay, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Visits to nearby châteaux - Bio-parc - Wine cellars - Fishing Transport: If you choose to travel by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park, or for free in the nearby public car park. - 1 vehicle in the apartment’s private car park (if safety instructions in the private car park and in the holiday cottage courtyard are not followed, we will be obliged to remove the vehicle) As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Montreuil Belay station, a 15-minute walk away - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique Airport, 1 hour 45 minutes by car Other notes: - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Swimming pool: children must be supervised by a parent at all times whilst swimming.
Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied - A communal washing machine is available for an additional charge per wash - The following items are available as paid options: high chair €5, cot €5, parasol €5, pool lounger €5, barbecue €5. Gîte du Thouet "Marie Laure et ludovic nous ont ouvert les portes de leur charmant logement. ce sont des personnes très bienveillante. nous avons passé un très bon moment moi ma femme et mes deux enfants (11mois et 5 ans)
il y a plein de chose à découvrir et faire dans le coin!
Le petit plus, la piscine qui est d'une taille parfaite pour quelques brasse et de la détente.
