In Vatan, we offer this 75 m² basement house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers.
It comprises a 23 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 40 m² garden.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you ! The accommodation is composed as follows Basement - Garage and laundry room First floor - 23 m² living room with two sofa beds, TV - A dining area to enjoy a meal together - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×200) - Bathroom with shower and vanity unit - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron, ping-pong table.
Exterior - Unenclosed south-east-facing garden of 40 m² - South-east-facing balcony.
No furniture The house is ideally located in Vatan, in a very quiet residential area.
All amenities are nearby: bakeries, pharmacy, grocery store, cafés, tobacconist's, restaurant, post office...
Activities - Vatan circus museum, - Valençay castle 25min away - Bourges castle 10 minutes away - Beauval zoo 50min away - La Berrichone" soccer match in Châteauroux - House of Georges Sand 45min - Olympic Games 2024 in Châteauroux Transport - If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park directly in the outdoor parking lot in the courtyard of the accommodation, with space for up to 2 vehicles - The garage can accommodate a city car - Parking is free in the town center, on Place de la République and in the adjacent alleyways For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - A20 freeway less than 5 minutes away - Châteauroux airport 20min away - Châteauroux train station 20min, Vierzon train station 20min, Issoudun train station 20min Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.

🙂 The location is perfect. You can park your car and enjoy walking around. I recommend La P'tite Boulange de Vatan for a breakfast and of course our kids had a lot of fun at Piscine Intercommunale.

The location is perfect. You can park your car and enjoy walking around. I recommend La P'tite Boulange de Vatan for a breakfast and of course our kids had a lot of fun at Piscine Intercommunale.
