Between the towns of Savignac-les-Ormeaux and Ax les Thermes, we offer this charming 66 m² riverside apartment for rent, with mountain views and a ski resort within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 32 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 100 m² shared garden.
The accommodation comprises
- A 32 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining table.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, raclette and fondue machine...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200)
- A shower room with shower
- Separate WC
Additional equipment: ironer and folding extra drying rack (for socks)
Outside :
- A (shared) garden of approx. 100 m² to enjoy on sunny days. The garden is south-facing and borders a river.
The apartment is ideally located in Savignac-les-Ormeaux, in a very pleasant setting in front of the river and close to a forest road leading to the center of Ax les Thermes.
You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
