This cosy 31 m² studio with balcony is located 5 minutes from the station, in a quiet building on the 5th floor (with elevator). Fully equipped, it comfortably accommodates 2 people (a double bed is available). A washing machine, ironing kit and WiFi connection are also included. Bed linen and towels are provided.
