Outside, in the wide fenced garden, heated pool (via solar panels), barbecue area and a table for outdoor dining are at guest's disposal. In the basement of the house there is a the wellness-area which consists of mini-swimming pool, sauna and tools. In the villa there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. This holiday home has a large living area with loft, four bedrooms equipped with all modern facilities and two bathrooms. The villa is a passive house with high comfort, designed with technologies aimed at promoting energy savings. The accommodation is characterized by lots of natural light and is equipped with a controlled mechanical ventilation system for the exchange of air inside the building.
