Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 37 m² flat in Amnéville, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Amnéville, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
The accommodation is close to several large companies, so it's ideal for welcoming workers in peace and comfort.

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public parking spaces on the street. Electric recharging points are also available 500 m from the accommodation, in a free car park.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- A30, A4 and A31 motorways, each 10 minutes from the property
- Nearest railway station: Hagondange, 4 km away (about 10 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Metz-Lorraine 48 km away (approx. 40 minutes by car)
