A warm welcome to our guest house. We would like to offer you a pleasant accommodation in a comfortable ambience for the time you spend at our beautiful Chiemsee. Only a 10-minute drive from the lake shore, you will find the peace and quiet you need to relax during your vacation. Our rooms are lovingly furnished in country house style and our bathrooms are top modern to luxurious. You should not lack anything. We serve your breakfast in our beautiful large winter garden. The perfect start to the day. If you just want to relax, then you are welcome to find a cozy spot in the garden. Maybe in the shade under an apple tree or by our 50m² pool. Fast internet is available as well as a parking lot for car and bike. If you want to experience something special, then treat yourself to a guided tour with our Segways. Either way, we want you to feel comfortable all around. Children over the age of 14 are welcome. Out of consideration for the entirety of our guests, pets are unfortunately not allowed.

The mentioned prices are plus spa tax in the amount of: Persons from 16 years = 2 EUR. Severely disabled persons with 80 to GdB 99% from 16 years = 1 EUR. Children and teenagers 7 to 15 years = 1 EUR. Severely disabled children and young people with 80 to GdB 99% 7 to incl. 15 years = 0,50 EUR. Children up to and including 6 years of age | severely disabled persons with GdB 100% and their accompanying persons | business travelers = 0 EUR.

Description of the accommodation
A pretty room with a view of the garden lovingly decorated in country style. Pleasantly cool in summer and cozy warm in winter due to floor and wall heating. So there is a pleasant indoor climate all year round. You can sleep with the windows open because our rooms are all equipped with insect screens. Another convenience is an extra sink in this room. The corresponding bathroom is located opposite and is top-modern with large mirror surfaces noble Blue Pearl granite and a very large rainforest shower. Of course, neither the high-end vanity mirror nor the hairdryer is missing and also in the bathroom comes the cozy warmth from the heated floor.
