The accommodation comprises First floor - A 26 m² living room with sofas and TV - A dining area for enjoying a meal together - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room with double basin - Separate WC Second floor - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200), sofa bed (140x190) and workspace, en-suite shower room with shower, vanity unit and WC - Bedroom 3: twin single beds, en-suite shower room with shower, double washbasin, WC The flat is ideally located in the centre of the town, with uninterrupted views of the château, in a very pleasant environment.
All the shops are close by: - A range of tourist shops nearby (bar, restaurant, craft shop, etc.) - Tourist office opposite the accommodation - Grocery shops (Super U, Leclerc and Carrefour Market) 5 minutes' drive away Activities - Visit the medieval town and castle - Walks along the Rance on the towpath, water sports (cycling, jogging, kayaking, etc.) - Ideal location for visiting the whole region (Mont Saint Michel 1 hour, Saint Malo 30 minutes...) - Côte d'Emeraude 30 minutes away (beach, water sports) Events nearby - Fête des Remparts every 2 years - Fashion Festival Transport If you choose to come by car, here are your options: - Free public car park on the other side of the Château (30 m with stairs) - Pay parking in the inner streets from 7am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm Attention Thursday market on the Dugesclin car park As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Car essential - Nearest train station: Rennes station, about 50 minutes away by car, and Saint-Malo station, about 35 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique airport, about 1 hour 55 minutes away by car Other remarks : - Rather narrow staircase throughout the building - Bed linen and towels included - Non-smoking accommodation - Luggage and shopping can be dropped off at the front door - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Remarquablement peu de bruit, malgré le localisation à coté d'une rue majeur. Large appartement, propre, lits comfortable. Un peu moins bien équipé en termes d'épices, savon, etc qu'on aurait pu vouloir, mais globalement un logement bien. Nous retournerons si on est de nouveau à Dinan.

L'appartement en duplex avec trois chambres et trois salles de bain était comme annoncé, propre, confortable et spacieux, avec une très belle vue sur le château et a deux pas du centre ville. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Arrivée de nuit, j'ai apprécié la possibilité de récupérer les clefs...
