Fully equipped kitchen with double appliances, including a professional dishwasher, oven, pizza oven, microwave, barbecue, two stovetops (9 burners total), two fridges, two freezers, an ice maker, and a water softener.

Hall with a bar corner, four coffee machines, a stereo CD player, and a fridge.
Dining room with tables, chairs, satellite TV, DVD, VCR, Wi-Fi, and a toilet. Four ensuite bedrooms with showers: one for four guests (double bed, two singles, two bathrooms, internal and external access), three with double beds (one smaller, one with external access). First Floor: Seven ensuite bedrooms with showers: five with double beds, two with twin beds (lower ceilings), plus a storage room. Rooms feature rustic Tuscan décor, wooden beams, terracotta floors, satellite TV, blackout curtains, independent heating, and air conditioning.

Very nice villa with adequate facilities for large gatherings of family or friends. Many bedrooms all equipped with god/excellent beds Terrific garden and pool area. Visit the restaurant in walking distance from villa - its very friendly (also for children) and fine cooking

Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen. Alles perfekt...... traumhafter Ausblick ..... mit 23 Personen hatten wir eine tolle Woche ...... die Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber ...... in der Küche, am Grill oder am Pizzaofen ist alles sehr gut geeignet um 23 Personen optimal zu versorgen.
