Nestled on a peaceful street, our 3-bedroom house offers not only a comfortable retreat but also stunning sea views that will leave you breathless. Whether you're seeking a relaxing family getaway or a romantic escape by the sea, this is the perfect place to call home during your stay. Professionally managed by Pass The keys, and close to not only Leigh Broadway, it is also very near to Old Leigh
The space
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-plan dining area that seamlessly connects the dining and kitchen spaces. Large windows flood the room with natural light.
Living Room
Spacious and cozy, the living room is furnished with plush sofas and a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Dining Area
Sliding glass doors lead to a private terrace, where you can sip your morning coffee. The dining area features a large table with seating for six, ideal for family meals or friendly gatherings.
Kitchen
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee maker.
Ample counter space and modern appliances make cooking a breeze.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom boasts a comfortable bed and its own view of the sea, perfect for savouring the sunset.
The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed
The third bedroom is furnished a double bed and an ensuite with more stunning views of the sea
All bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind, with quality linens and tasteful décor.
Bathrooms
The house includes one modern bathroom, and an ensuite in one of the bedrooms there is also a WC at the rear of the house .
Fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
Outdoor Space
Step outside onto the terrace to find a dining area with seating for al fresco meals.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire property
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
