THE GENEPI
The Génépi is an exceptional 7-room duplex, which offers a modern and warm decoration, within the Chalet de la Marmotte in the magnificent village resort of Bonneval sur Arc (1800m - 3000m). The residence is entirely ski in / ski out.
The cleaning service includes the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
This service is already include in your booking.
Any extra cleaning service will cost 320€. The South / West orientation allows you to benefit from a dream panorama from its 40m² circular balcony and a beautiful light in the apartment. It can accommodate 12 people with a large living room, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Very comfortable, the apartment also has a sauna and a balneo bath. This apartment is a rare commodity, its many sleeping possibilities, water features and its large living room, make it a perfect place to accommodate several families or a group of friends (up to 12 people). A space of 140m2 on two levels: First level : A large entrance with a bench, coat racks, shoe storage, shelves to store gloves, hats, helmets and ski clothing ... A large living room of a warm and design style of 48m2 composed of an open kitchen with bar and a lounge / living room opening onto a beautiful terrace of 40m2 with panoramic views. - The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and small appliances: kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric citrus press, raclette machine, fondue machine ... dishes and kitchen accessories: wine glasses, champagne flutes ... - A large, friendly table can accommodate up to 14 people to share meals with family or friends. - A large attic living space offers a generous volume.
It is very bright thanks to a double exposure with direct access to the balcony.
It is equipped with sofas and armchairs furnished with cushions and throws, a Smart TV with sound bar and wifi speaker. - The large circular terrace, facing south, offers a superb view of the mountain on the piste side, and due west on the valley and the village.

The bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, a clothes line, an iron and ironing board. - A separate toilet WIFI on both levels.
