Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming, light-filled 160 m² house in Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, which can accommodate up to 12 guests.
It comprises an attractive 65 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 5,000 m².

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 65 m² living room with two sofas, TV, fireplace (log not included) - A dining area with two tables for enjoying a meal together - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: master suite with double bed (140×190) and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: two sofa beds (sleeps 4) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail - Separate WC Additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A beautiful 5,000 m² enclosed garden, private, well exposed to the sun.
There are two awnings to cover the terrace, as well as a barbecue, two garden furniture tables and 12 chairs. - A 50 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A 40 m² games room - A 450 m private road to access the property via the electric gate.
The house is ideally located in Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, on a 7-hectare plot bordered by a pond and 5 hectares of woodland.
All amenities are close at hand: tobacco bar, roadside restaurant 2 km away, shopping centre 5 km away, Japanese restaurant and brasserie in the centre of Cholet.
Activities : - Parc du Puy du Fou, voted best park in the world, 20 minutes away by car. - Walking or cycling along the river Sèvre - Visit the medieval town of Clisson, around 30 minutes' drive away - Parc oriental de Maulévrier (Europe's largest Japanese garden), less than 30 minutes away by car - Canoe hire available next to the mill - Le Triton" water park 5 kilometres away - Cinema and indoor games complex 20 minutes away: bowling, squash, padel, football, electric go-karting, etc.

This property was perfect for us. Near enough to the Puy du Fou for the main purpose of our visit and close enough to local shops for supplies.
The property is in a very peaceful location with plenty of birds to see - including a passing osprey that checked out the lake before moving on.

La Maison des Sources Maison qui dispose de grands espaces ce qui est idéal lorsque l’on est nombreux. Les espaces extérieurs sont très agréable et l’environnement est calme. Située à proximité de commerces et surtout qu’à 20min du Puy du Fou. Très bon accueil et communication facile avec les propriétaires.

La maison est très agréable mais mériterait un gros rafraîchissement.
