This 96 m² flat in Plougastel-Daoulas can accommodate up to 5 people. It comprises a living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 25 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation :
On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with an office and an adjoining room used as a cloakroom. There is also a washing machine and a toilet.
Located on the first floor of a house, the flat is as follows:
- A large living/dining room with sofa and TV.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed
- Bedroom 3: a sofa bed
- Bathroom with bath
- Bathroom with shower
- Two separate WCs
Additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- An enclosed, south-west-facing, unshared garden of 25 m² with garden furniture as well as four chairs and a table.
- A south-facing balcony of around 5 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in the centre of the village, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops are close by, as well as banks, pharmacy, mini-market and markets on Thursday and Saturday mornings with local producers.
Activities :
- Walking, cycling, swimming, canoeing, skateboarding (bowl), tennis (outdoor courts), Porz Gwen beach 9min drive away (5.7km)
Events nearby :
- Strawberry Festival in June (costume parades, floats, fair...)
- Concert halls and shows in Brest (Carène, Arena, Capucins...)
Transport :
- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private outdoor car park (2 vehicles).
- There are several free public car parks in the vicinity within a 50m radius.
- There is a bus service from Brest station (line 19) about 30 minutes away.
- Guipavas airport about 14 minutes away by car (13km).
Other remarks:
- The staircase is not suitable for young children.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free WiFi available (fibre optic).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay must be done by you (or at an additional cost from our on-site service provider).
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
