Cocoonr offers this charming 39 m² flat for rent in Pléneuf-Val-André, in the Val André hyper centre with immediate access to the central beach, shops and casino.
It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is made up as follows: - A 25 m² living room with a double sofa bed, coffee table and TV unit. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - A shower room - A separate WC Outside area : - An 8 m² balcony to enjoy the fine weather.
A table, two chairs and a deckchair are available. The flat is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, an ice-cream parlour and a market. Activities : - Beach, sailing and water sports: Le Centre Nautique de Pléneuf-Val-André - Hiking along the coastal paths, fishing on foot around Le Verdelet at high tide. - Cycling on dedicated greenways to Cap Fréhel - Spa and Thalasso close to the house - 18-hole BlueGreen golf course overlooking Plage des Vallées - Cinema, Casino, Shops - Tennis Club de l'Amirauté Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available nearby.
The flat is located right next to the large Val André car park (3 floors), which is free of charge. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Lamballe, about 20 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Rennes, about 1 hour 20 minutes by car. Other information : - Pets accepted for a supplement of 15 per stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels included - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Un appartement spacieux, bien décoré et équipé. Emplacement idéal à 2 pas de la plage, de quelques commerces de proximité et d'un grand parking. L'accès en toute autonomie est vraiment pratique et l'agence qui gère ce bien est très réactive et arrangeante.

Appartement bien conçu, pratique d'utilisation. Je n'avais jamais vu un appartement locatif aussi bien équipé. Il ne manquait rien, ce qui est rare. Les WC séparés - Des parkings tout proches et gratuits.
Peu de choses mais qui auraient dû être solutionnées avec la vigilance de la ou des personnes chargées de noter ce qui fait défaut.
La lampe de chevet gauche ne fonctionne pas (même après avoir mis une ampoule neuve) - Une petite lampe du salon ne fonctionne pas non plus - Les lampes halogènes au de...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est superbe. Seul bémol, la vue sur le mur du casino.
