This charming 30 m² air-conditioned flat with private swimming pool in Saint-Didier-sur-Chalaronne can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 8,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 15 m² living room with a double sofa bed and TV - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), a shower room with shower and vanity unit - A separate WC Additional equipment: high chair, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A swimming pool (shared with the owners, and heated from June) 11x5m, open from April to October.
Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change.
For children's safety, the pool is fenced and locked.
It is forbidden to eat around the pool. - A private, unshared garden of around 8000 m². - A 25m² east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Didier-sur-Chalaronne on a 9,000 m² estate, with flower-growing in the middle of the countryside, in a peaceful, unoverlooked setting.
Nearby, you'll find all the shops you need (mini-market, tobacconist's, chemist, bakery, butcher's, delicatessen, etc.). Possibility of shopping at local producers at the farm. What to do : - Walking the Voie Bleue - Cycling around the Ain (electric bikes available for hire) - The Beaujolais Grand Cru wine route Visiting : - The water garden - The Solutré rock - The medieval town of Pérouges - Miniature train museum For children (aged 2 and over) : - Amusement park and water park - Touroparc Zoological Park, 10 km from the flat Nearby events: The accommodation is located 45 minutes from Lyon with all events.
Local summer events Transport: - If you choose to come by car, you can park in the private car park under a shed that can accommodate all types of vehicles including lorries. - Lyon airport is approximately 77km away (56 min by car). Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
