La Nocciola is a spacious and panoramic villa located in Emilia Romagna just 16 km from the Adriatic Sea and the city of Cattolica.
The villa is spread over 3 floors and thanks to its 4 bedrooms and 1 other sofa bed it can accommodate up to 8/10 people.
It is characterized by its extremely welcoming charm and by its large panoramic views and outdoor spaces.
The living area and bedrooms on the first floor are all air conditioned.
La Nocciola offers a private above-ground swimming pool (5.5 x 3.5 metres), a patio equipped for eating out, a barbecue, a sun terrace, a relaxation area with table football, a garden with a small pond with fish, hazelnut and fruit trees and a children's swing.
The trekking, mountain biking, cultural experiences and food and wine routes of the area will only brighten your stay, making your holiday a real experience.
The nearby village of Montefiore Conca is one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy.
It is only 2 km from the villa and there are local businesses such as restaurants, grocery stores, bars, a pharmacy and a bank. A few kilometers by car from the property are the most beautiful places on the Romagna Riviera such as Cattolica, Rimini and Riccione along with the medieval villages of San Marino, Gradara, and Urbino.
