This very spacious and luxuriously furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of this beautiful complex in Zell am See just 750 m from the AreitXpress. Its location near the ski lift is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. The high-quality finish and optimal layout with a spacious living room and luxurious kitchen and access to the very large private terrace with garden give you a feeling of freedom. Because of the bunk beds, this apartment is most suitable for 10 adults and 4 children
Within a few minutes you are on skis and enjoying the large ski area of Zell am See. Cross-country skiing tracks, hiking trails and shopping opportunities can all be found within a short distance, and in summer, too, the Salzburg region offers plenty of opportunities. Zell am See itself with its beautiful lake and pretty town centre speaks for itself. A stone's throw away you will find Kaprun with its glacier where you can ski practically all year round, the Großglockner as Austria's highest mountain, the Krimmler waterfalls and the city of Salzburg
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.

ruime kamers en fijn dat er meerdere badkamers en aparte wc's zijn.
Het appartement was echt niet schoon, de wifi deed het voor 75% niet of niet goed. Er waren veel lichten kapot (op één kamer was er slechts één bedlampje dat werkte. Dit hebben we gemeld. De beheerder heeft beloofd langs te komen maar de lampen zijn nooit gemaakt. De kinderstoel ontbrak.

Overall, we were quite happy with the apartment. It was spacious and could accommodate 11 of us comfortably. In addition, it was centrally located and the bus stop was 3 mins walk away.

Es ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung, die für uns (10 Leute) sehr gut ausgereicht hat. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist gut und es hat an nichts gemangelt.
