The modern and newly furnished family homes are located in the east of the city, in "Dresden-Großzschachwitz". Holiday Apartement 1: 84 m2, 3 sleeping rooms, until 8 persons Holiday Apartement 2: 60 m2, 2 sleeping rooms, until 4 persons Autobahn exit A17 "Dresden-Niedersedlitz", S-Bahn, tram and bus are to be found nearby. Also, shopping facilities, supermarkets, baker, butcher, petrol stations, restaurants and a bank can be found in immediate vicinity. Bike room, garden with barbecue, washing machine (for a fee), bed linen, towels and more. Please prescind from bringing animals/pets to the family homes due to the homes' suitability for allergy sufferers.

Cancellation / payment conditions
Cancellation: It is generally possible to cancel the booking for the apartment. Graduation for the cancellation fees of the apartment: Written cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival, from 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount. From 7 days before arrival 90% of the total amount After we have received the cancellation from you, we will immediately look for other guests for the corresponding period and offset the earnings against the cancellation fees. With timely notification of the cancellation, it was almost always possible to rent the apartments without further cancellation costs. We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.

* by car: From autobahn A17 take exit „Heidenau/Niedersedlitz“, drive towards „Niedersedlitz“. At the traffic lights, turn left into B 172 towards „Zentrum“. Turn right into „Lockwitztalstraße“. Drive straight and follow the main road. Its name will change into “Bahnhofstraße“. You will reach the house on the left 400 m after the railway underpass. * from Dresden airport by car: Drive onto autobahn A4 towards „Chemnitz“, at „Dreieck Dresden-West“ change to autobahn A17 towards “Pirna”. Take exit „Heidenau/Niedersedlitz“, drive towards „Niedersedlitz“. At the traffic lights, turn left into B 172 towards „Zentrum“. Turn right into „Lockwitztalstraße“. Drive straight and follow the main road. Its name will change into “Bahnhofstraße“. You will reach the house on the left 400 m after the railway underpass. * from Dresden airport by public transport: Take S-Bahn towards „Pirna/Schöna“. Get off at „Haltepunkt Niedersedlitz“. * from Dresden central station by public transport:Take S-Bahn towards „Pirna/Schöna”. Get off at ”Haltepunkt Niedersedlitz”.
