The Barn is a brilliant, four-bedroom holiday home resting rurally near the twin villages of Hoveton & Wroxham, a bustling setting regarded as the capital of the Norfolk Broads.
Boasting ample off-road parking space, a large, enclosed garden with lawn and patio areas, gorgeous woodland views, and a collection of immaculate, tastefully-presented interiors complete with impressive wooden beams, crisp décor, and natural slate flagstone flooring, this stunning retreat makes an idyllic base or a large family, group of friends, or even sharing couples, who are seeking to refresh with a relaxing, fuss-free escape to the country.
Step inside The Barn, your beautiful new home-from-home, and make yourself comfortable in a variety of elegant living spaces.
A fully-equipped kitchen diner housing an impressive range cooker, American-style fridge/freezer, and a breakfast bar serves as a great spot to prepare and tuck into meals with your loved ones.
To relax, choose from a plush sitting room that offers two sofas, a crackling woodburning stove, and a sleek, wall-mounted Smart TV, or a snug room where the younger members of the party can get lost in a film or while the night away playing board games.
There is also table tennis which can be assembled indoors or outside, providing hours of competitive family fun. On warmer days, take your festivities out into the rear garden, where you can delight in some alfresco dining on the patio with the help of the barbecue whilst the rest of the group gets competitive over a game of football! When sleep calls, refresh with a dip in the bath or a soak under the shower before you finally retire for a well-earned rest in one of the four decadent bedrooms, including two king-sizes with their very own en-suite bath and shower rooms.
If you can tear yourself from your amazing new dwelling, head out to explore what your local surroundings have to offer.
A handful of local pubs can be found just a short drive from the property, such as The Crown Inn in Smallburgh, and the Cross Keys in Dilham.
Situated three miles north of Wroxham, considered the heart of the Norfolk Broads, the Broadland village of Tunstead, home to the popular Horse & Groom pub, is a wonderful place from which to explore the Norfolk Broads National Park, a picturesque 125 miles of man-made, lock-free waterways and stunning scenery and wildlife.
There are many picturesque villages to visit and plenty of waterside pubs and restaurants to stop off at too. For beach lovers the seaside village of Happisburgh with its iconic candy-striped lighthouse is just a brief drive away.
This is one of many beautiful local sandy beaches which are dog friendly too. Several attractions are located a brief car drive from your new lodgings, such as Wroxham Miniature Worlds, Wroxham Barns, Museum of the Broads, and the BeWILDerwood Norfolk theme park, whilst further afield, the noteworthy locations of Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth, and the National Trust site of Blickling Hall are all worth a visit.
Make memories to last a lifetime in Norfolk at The Barn.

We had a brilliant stay at The Barn with our family celebrating our daughter’s 40th birthday. It was a perfect place to spend time together. The Barn is very well equipped with everything you need and has been decorated to a high standard. We all thought it was excellent and would certainly recommend staying there.

Excellent attention to detail welcome gifts on arrival.Lots of extras provided. Everything we could need to save a panic trip to the shops. Great location, plenty nearby to visit. Wonderful, spacious home with a wonderful large garden. Comment, not complaint:-- grab rails in the shower would be appreciated by this old gentleman. accidents in showers are commom and many could be avoided with the use of grab rails.
