Located on the first floor, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom.

The apartment comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A 6 m² enclosed south-facing balcony with two opening windows and table and chairs - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings.
All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are within easy reach. Activity : - Sailing - Several beaches to visit - Mini golf nearby - Lovely walks and bike rides Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (numbered private parking for one car). For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Caen train station 25.8 km (about 32 min by car) - Nearest airport: Rouen-Vallée de Seine airport 153 km (approx. 1h 48min by car) Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - The accommodation is not suitable for bicycles. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

De keuken mag een keer vernieuwd worden.
Het bed was vrij hard.
In deze tijd mag wifi eigenlijk niet meer ontbreken.

Vlakbij de zee.
Mooi en rustgevend ingericht.

🙁 Code en veel sleutels nodig maar eigenlijk sprak alles voor zich en werd het ook heel goed uitgelegd.
Ik miste een waterkoker maar kon natuurlijk wel water koken. Voor alles is er een oplossing."
