Lovely apartment of 60 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building with lift in the heart of Udine. The location is great and central, ideal starting point to visit the beauty of the city of Friuli. A few steps away are the Castle, Piazza della Libertà and the Duomo. We are in Via Canciani, one of the streets of downtown and shopping Udinese. The accommodation is equipped with every major comfort, to make your stay unforgettable!


The interior space is organized as follows

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, split A/C and Smart TV;

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (a split in the bedroom), washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.


PLEASE NOTE: The entrance hall to the apartments is shared with other guests. It is NOT possible to park bicycles here.

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C for all types of buildings.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way of reaching the apartment is by taxi / car (118km - 1 hour and 20).


- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Udine station, from which it is possible to continue on foot or by bus to the apartment.


- From Udine Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to several buses (2/4/5/6/10/11) with stop "UDINE via del Gelso 14", a 1-minute walk from the property.


- If you are traveling by car, in order to get to Udine, you can take A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio motorway from Venice or Trieste; from here the roads to get to Udine are SS13, SS54 and SS56.

It is possible to park for a fee at the Moretti Parking, in via Luigi Moretti 4 (NOT guaranteed), 8 minutes on foot from the property.

ATTENTION
The area is limited, by municipal ordinance, to EURO 0, EURO 1, EURO 2 and EURO 3 diesel vehicles from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm every day, while there are no restrictions for machines from EURO 4 and up.
