Casa Luisa liegt im Ortsteil Lago, im 2. Stock des Hauses, in dem sich auch die zwei Ferienwohnungen der Casa Amatucci befinden.
Ein breiter, flach abfallender Sandstrand beginnt direkt am Ende der Anliegerstraße, in der sich die Ferienwohnung befindet. Im Norden endet dieser Strandabschnitt an der Punta Tresino, einem der schönsten Wandergebiete der hiesigen Küste. Richtung Süden erstrecken sich die Ortsteile Santa Maria und San Marco di Castellabate – ein lohnendes Ziel für einen längeren Strandspaziergang. MODERNE FERIENWOHNUNG FÜR 4 PERSONEN Das Herzstück der ca. 85 qm großen Casa Luisa ist das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, Sofaecke und offener Küche. Von der Küche geht es direkt auf die ca. 15 qm große, mit einer Pergola überdachte Dachterrasse. Einen schmalen, über die gesamte Hausseite verlaufenden Balkon betritt man über den Wohnbereich und das Doppelschlafzimmer.
An das Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, die auch zu einem Doppelbett umfunktioniert werden können, schließt sich ein kleiner Balkon an, auf dem die Waschmaschine steht.
Casa Luisa verfügt über ein großes, gepflegtes Bad und über Klimaanlage in Flur und Wohnzimmer. PARKEN & EINKAUFEN IN CASTELLABATE LAGO Öffentliche und (teils) kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten sind unweit der Ferienwohnung an der Straße vorhanden.
Für Reisen im Sommer empfehlen wir einen reservierten, kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz, der sich ca. 200 m von der Casa Luisa entfernt befindet. Ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe (ca. 100 m) befinden sich eine Bar und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen.
Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie hervorragende Restaurants sind im Nachbarort Santa Maria di Castellabate (ca. 2,5 km) zu finden. Besonders am Meer haben sich, passend zur einmaligen Küstenkulisse, einige empfehlenswerte Lokale angesiedelt.
Dazu zählen zum Bsp. das Ristorante Perbacco und das idyllische Le Gatte.
Die Restaurantterrasse des alten Palazzo am Meer diente bereits als Filmkulisse in "Willkommen im Süden". Typisch cilentanisch ist auch die Küche des Hauses, in der bevorzugt regionale Slow Food-Produkte Verwendung finden. ******************************************************************** ENGLISH VERSION Casa Luisa is found in the district of Lago, on the 2nd floor of the house the two holiday apartments of Casa Amatucci are also located in. From the apartment's location in a residents-only road, it is only a stone’s throw to the road's end and there you are - at the wide, gently sloping sandy beach. To the north, this beach section ends at Punta Tresino, one of the most beautiful hiking areas along this coastline.
Towards the south lie the districts of Santa Maria and San Marco di Castellabate – worthwhile destinations of long walks along the beach. MODERN HOLIDAY APARTMENT FOR 4 PERSONS The heart of Casa Luisa’s ca. 85 m² is the cozy living room with sofa 'corner', dining area and open kitchen area (incl. gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment). The kitchen opens onto the apartment’s ca. 15 m² terrace with (fixed) awning, outdoor furniture and grill.
A narrow balcony along the side of the house is accessible from the living area and the double bedroom. The twin bedroom (beds can be rearranged to form a double) offers access of a small balcony where you find a washing machine at your disposal.
The bathroom (bathtub with shower device/WC/bidet, hair dryer) is large and well-tended. Casa Luisa also features: TV, WiFi, air conditioning (in the hallway and in the living room), gas heating, fly screens in the windows, safe, children’s bed. A highchair can be provided.
An outdoor shower is shared by all the apartments in the house. PARKING & SHOPPING AT CASTELLABATE LAGO Public and (partly) free parking is available along the road not far from the apartment. For travels and stays in summer we recommend a reserved, chargeable parking space ca. 200 m from Casa Luisa. A bar and a small grocery store are also nearby (ca. 100 m). More shopping facilities as well as excellent restaurants are found at neighboring Santa Maria di Castellabate (ca. 2.5 km). Above all at the seaside, absolutely fitting with the unique coastal scenery, you find several recommendable restaurants.
Ristorante Perbacco counts among them as well as idyllic Le Gatte.
The terrace of the restaurant in an old palazzo at the seaside was one of the settings in the movie "Welcome to the South". Its cuisine is typically Cilentan; regional Slow Food products are preferred.
