Cozy apartment of 70 sqm, able to accommodate up to 3 people, located on the ground floor of a building without elevator. The accommodation enjoys every comfort including a balcony overlooking the sea. We are just a few meters from the Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo, where you can take long walks and reach the historic center of Trani, with its Port, the Castle and the Cathedral.
The interior space is organized as follows
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, small fridge, coffee maker, microwave and kitchen utensils), dining table, single sofa bed, split A/C and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM with double bed, split A/C and coat stand;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- TERRAZZO.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, independent heating, air conditioning (one split in the living room and one split in the bedroom), hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
PLEASE NOTE: there are some steps to reach the entrance of the building and the apartment.
In the same structure there is another housing solution to meet all the needs of guests.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Trani Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd
All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.
Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00
- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00
- 24.00 - 01.30: €40.00.

Trani is an enchanting village overlooking the Adriatic Sea and dating back to the Norman era, when Frederick II of Svevia made it one of his main maritime fortresses. The town offers splendid natural scenery and monuments rich in art and history. Wonderful the tourist port dotted with typical fishing boats and dominated by the symbol of the town, the superb Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino, built with the characteristic local stone and towering over the seascape. Also not to be missed is a visit to the Swabian Castle, dating back to 1230 and, together with the Cathedral, the strong point of the city, visible from the sea.

- Supermercato Dok: 7 minutes on foot.
- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to BARI station, from where it is possible to take the train to TRANI station, from where it is possible to take the bus n. 1001.34 to the stop "Trani - Via Malcangi 212 (Roxy Bar)", 5 minutes walk from the property.
- FROM TRANI STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus n. 1001.34 to the stop "Trani - Via Malcangi 212 (Roxy Bar)", 5 minutes walk from the property.
- IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING BY CAR, parking is not included. However, it is possible to park for free in the street (white stripes - NOT guaranteed.
