Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. - 25 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area and reversible air conditioning
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190), desk and wardrobe
- A bathroom with shower, accessible by climbing down two steps
- A separate WC
The flat is ideally located in Draguignan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- The flat is located between the sea and the mountains, 33 km from the beaches of Fréjus, 50 km from Saint-Tropez and 70 km from the Gorges du Verdon.
- Shopping and various walks and visits in the surrounding villages.
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car park in the market square, around 700 m from the flat. On market days, parking spaces may be difficult to access.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Les Arcs-Draguignan (11 km)
- Nearest airport: Nice-Côte d'Azur (83 km); Marseille-Provence (140 km)
