Cozy studio of 49 sqm, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the first floor of a building without elevator. The location is strategic! The main points of interest are within walking distance or thanks to local public transport, the bus stop n. 14 is located right in front of the house. The accommodation is located halfway between the station and the center of Udine.


The interior space is organized as follows

- KITCHENETTE with electric hob, small refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, electric oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- LIVING/SLEEPING AREA with double sofa bed, dining table, TV, wardrobe and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and toilet.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating and air conditioning via split A/ C, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.


PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have a lift - the apartment is on the first floor.

The accommodation has two entrances: one main and one from the balcony in the courtyard.

The gallery is a shared passage with other guests of the building.

Heating is provided via split A/C.

- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Udine station, from which it is possible to continue on foot or by bus to the apartment.


- From Udine Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the following public transport lines: 1/3/7/8/10 with "UDINE viale Ungheria (fronte civico 61)" stop, a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 8 minutes;


- If you are traveling by car, to get to Udine it is possible to take A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio motorway from Venice or Trieste; from here the roads to get to Udine are SS13, SS54 and SS56.

The parking space is not included. However, it is possible to park for a fee (blue stripes) in via Aquileia or in the neighboring streets (NOT guaranteed).
