Cozy studio of 49 sqm, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the first floor of a building without elevator.
The location is strategic! The main points of interest are within walking distance or thanks to local public transport, the bus stop n. 14 is located right in front of the house.
The accommodation is located halfway between the station and the center of Udine. The interior space is organized as follows: - KITCHENETTE with electric hob, small refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, electric oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses; - LIVING/SLEEPING AREA with double sofa bed, dining table, TV, wardrobe and split A/C; - BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating and air conditioning via split A/ C, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have a lift - the apartment is on the first floor. The accommodation has two entrances: one main and one from the balcony in the courtyard. The gallery is a shared passage with other guests of the building. Heating is provided via split A/C. NO WIFI. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. PLEASE NOTE Waste sorting and disposal are MANDATORY and are the responsibility of guests.
Any failure to comply may result in additional charges at check-out. WARNING: - If waste is not correctly sorted and disposed of at the designated times and locations, in accordance with the instructions provided at check-in, a penalty of €50.00 will be charged. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost: - 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00. Gothic and Renaissance style buildings, beautiful medieval squares and many monuments: Udine, the East Gate, is a city rich in history and able to captivate everyone with its immense charm.
Today, it is an elegant and refined urban center, a city that has undergone many changes, but always preserving the beauty of the most important buildings of great historical and cultural value. Main attractions: - Porta Aquileia: 4 minutes on foot; - Cathedral: 7 minutes on foot; - Freedom Square: 8 minutes on foot; - Piazza Giacomo Matteotti: 10 minutes on foot; - Udine Castle: 10 minutes on foot; - Via Mercatovecchio (shopping street): 10 minutes on foot. - Eurospar (supermarket): 8 minutes on foot; - Poets' Corner (restaurant): 3 minutes on foot; - Bar Ateneo: 2 minutes on foot. - From Venice Airport, the most convenient way of reaching the apartment is by taxi / car (118km - 1 hour and 20). - From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Udine station, from which it is possible to continue on foot or by bus to the apartment. - From Udine Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the following public transport lines: 1/3/7/8/10 with "UDINE viale Ungheria (fronte civico 61)" stop, a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 8 minutes; - If you are traveling by car, to get to Udine it is possible to take A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio motorway from Venice or Trieste; from here the roads to get to Udine are SS13, SS54 and SS56. The parking space is not included.
