The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, this charming 36 m² air-conditioned flat in the Juan Les Pins district of Antibes, 300 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 50 m² garden. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee maker...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 9m² balcony, facing south-east, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in the Juan Les Pins district of Antibes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Nearby:
- Plage Richelieu, the nearest beach to the flat, 700 m away (10 minutes by crossing the pine forest)
- La Pinède, home of the Jazz Festival, 700 m away (10 minutes on foot)
- The Palais des Congrès, 500 m away (6 minutes on foot)

- Belle rive beach 800 m away (10 minutes on foot).
