In the commune of Praz-sur-Arly, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 54 m² flat with mountain views, within walking distance of the ski resort, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 19 m² living room, open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
The accommodation comprises
- A 19 m² living room with a double sofa bed (160×200), TV and a dining area where you can enjoy a good meal.
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, multifunction oven, toaster, dishwasher, ceramic hob and a range of other appliances...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with separate balcony
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80×190), which can be brought together to form a double bed
- Shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
Outside:
- A 20 m² balcony surrounds the main room, with views of the mountains and furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Praz-sur-Arly, in a very pleasant setting 300m from the heart of the village with local shops.
All shops: food, supermarkets, caterer, restaurant, sports shop, newsagent, souvenir shops, banks, painting galleries, French ski school, tourist office, bar and local shops: bakery, pharmacy and church.

In summer, there are hiking trails (ski lifts 300m from the flat), a leisure centre around 900m away with a climbing wall, lake, water and tree climbing course, children's games, mini golf, petanque court, giant outdoor chess game, etc. Fast food and cafés available on the waterside terrace.
In winter, there's a toboggan run from the ski lifts (300m from the flat), dog-sleigh rides, ski touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc. Paragliding and hot-air ballooning available.
Events nearby :
- Tour de France July 2023 and events organised every weekend in July and August.
- Braderie, concerts, open-air cinema, retromobile, alpine festival, running, mountain biking, etc. for the winter, with a packed programme mainly for the February holidays (4 weeks).
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor car park.
Free public car park for access to the ski slopes (in winter) or the leisure centre (in summer), around 300m away after crossing the Arly river. More confidential car park in the town centre about 300m from the village with a parking disc.

- By car, very easy to get to as the motorway to Sallanches leads uphill for 25km and the road is clear in winter.
- By train to Sallanches and by coach
