We are offering this charming studio apartment for rent in Eaux-Bonnes, with mountain views and a ski resort within walking distance (200 m from the Bezou gondola lift and the ESF ski school). The apartment has a surface area of 26 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Located on the 5th floor (with elevator), it consists of a lovely 15 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with TV, queen-size sofa bed (160×190)
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, and more
- A sleeping area with a loft bed (140x190) and a convertible sofa bed (130x190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Outside:
- A 4 m² balcony with mountain views and furniture to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Eaux-Bonnes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities
- A ski area offering several slopes for all levels.
- Families can take advantage of the ESF ski school and its Piou Piou club for children.
- You can enjoy a wide range of activities in winter, other than skiing: snowplow excursions at nightfall, zip-lining, sauna, snowshoeing, and more. In summer, there are many walking and hiking trails to choose from.
- For cycling enthusiasts, the climb up the Aubisque is a must, and for the more adventurous, the ski slopes are transformed into an “enduro park.”
- For the less athletic, the little train in Artoust offers unparalleled views. You can also enjoy a hot chocolate or mulled wine in one of the resort's many bars, stock up on cheese from the Ossau Valley, or eat a crepe or waffle while reading under a blanket at Maison Casaux.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car park near the accommodation.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Pau station, 43 km away (about 50 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, 238 km (about 2 hours and 44 minutes by car)
Other comments:
- Free Wi-Fi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- A ski cellar is at your disposal, where you will find a sled that will delight your little ones. You can take advantage of an optional linen service.
- You are responsible for cleaning at the end of your stay (or you can pay extra for our on-site service provider to do it). A cleaning deposit of €150 is required upon arrival at the accommodation and will be refunded at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
