Located on the first floor, it comprises a 28 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 60 m² garden.

The accommodation is composed as follows : Day area - 28 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including : electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... Sleeping area - Bedroom 1 : Double bed with en-suite shower room - Bedroom 2 : Double sofa bed with TV and desk - Bathroom (with bath) with WC Exterior - An enclosed south-west-facing garden with furniture for enjoying fine weather - A 20 m² terrace adjoining the garden The apartment is ideally located in Épinay-sur-Seine, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the free public car park close to the accommodation. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful : - Nearest train station : Epinay-sur-Seine (1.8 km) ; Enghien les Bains (1.5 km) - Nearest airport : Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport (31 km) Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Our first hour at the apartment was spent in the hallway. Owner would not answer to give instructions on getting in. Thank heaven's for the building manager and a tenant. They were amazing. All 3 beds were the most uncomfortable ever. (2 of them were killers) Left a day early for a hotel bed.
