The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house in Palavas-les-Flots, just 300 metres from the beach.
It has a floor area of 58 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests.
It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom, and a garden of around 20 m². The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 20 m² living room with a TV and sofa - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob… - A large conservatory of nearly 10 m² opening onto the garden - A separate toilet Mezzanine: - A bedroom area with a queen-size bed (160×200) (connecting to the living area below) - A shower room Outdoors: - A lovely private enclosed garden of 20 m², opening onto a large, beautifully wooded garden - A 9 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Palavas-les-Flots, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities - Numerous water sports centres in Palavas-les-Flots - Exhibition centre and conference centre nearby - The lakes and their Natura 2000-listed ecosystems offer magnificent walks. - Cycle path around the lakes and along the River Lez as far as Montpellier, and along the coast from La Grande Motte to Sète. - Bike hire nearby - Water skiing nearby - Walking and cycling trails nearby - Kayaking nearby - Sailing nearby - Windsurfing nearby - Surfing/bodyboarding nearby Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s car park (2 parking spaces per accommodation unit) As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Montpellier railway station, 11.5 km away (approx. 13 mins by car) - Nearest airport: Montpellier Méditerranée Airport, 8.5 km away (approx. 10 mins by car) Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an additional charge of €15 per stay (only one pet permitted); please specify this when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests.
