With direct water views and a unique location right on the Schlei fjord, "Schlei-Koje 8" at Pionierhafen Schleswig offers the perfect place for your vacation.
The top-floor apartment provides approximately 66 m² of living and dining space with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV at the end of your vacation days. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights. The bathroom includes a hairdryer and a shower. Relax on the balcony and enjoy balmy evenings. A private parking space is available directly in front of the building.
You can store your bicycles in the shared, open bicycle storage room.
A washing machine is available for shared use free of charge on the ground floor.
Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is generated by geothermal sources. Thanks to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring a boat and moor it at a berth directly at Pionierhafen for a fee. Please contact us for details. Some of the photos are sample images of identical apartments.
These are similarly equipped and furnished. Near the accommodation, you'll find two electric vehicle charging stations for the Schlei, Viking, and Fjord cabins.
These are available for all apartments in the buildings. The development of the new "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete.

Some areas, especially the surrounding grounds, are still undergoing visual changes. For all bookings with a stay from April 1, 2026, the city of Schleswig charges an overnight tax of 5% on the total price excluding VAT. This will be shown on the booking confirmation in addition to the total price. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for tradespeople, and we cannot accept bookings for this purpose.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht, sehr sauber. Gute Betreuung durch Port54 bei Problemen. Bei guter Auslastung der 3 Häuser eventuell zu wenig Platz für Fahrräder, aktuell klappte es aber gut. Kurze Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Schleswigs. Immer wieder gerne Urlaub hier!

Tolle Unterkunft in einem neu entstehenden Stadtteil von Schleswig. Die Bauarbeiten stören überhaupt nicht. Hochwertige, sehr schöne Einrichtung mit direktem Blick auf die Schlei. Mit dem Rad ist man in 5 Min. im Zentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch einen Regentag kann man dort gemütli...

Die Lage der Fewo. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar.
Für den großen Geschirrspüler war viel zu wenig Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden, um halbwegs ökologisch Aufzuwaschen. Ein kleiner Akkustaubsauger für Brötchenkrümel usw. wäre sehr schön. Ein Sonnenschirm für den Balkon und eine Sonnenliege sind wichtige und notwendige Begleiter für sonniges Wetter. A...
