This charming 30 m² apartment in Bénodet, neabry from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 30 m² garden. The accommodation comprises - 18 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and closet - Bathroom with walk-in shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 10 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A 30m² private, fully enclosed garden. Activities : Thalasso or golf ? Swimming or cycling? Eating out or barbecuing? Discovery or relaxation? The possibilities are endless.
At the mouth of "France's prettiest river", the bay and its wide beach await you. Enjoy an active vacation or the gentle lifestyle of a seaside resort on the Breton Riviera, which has been awarded the coveted "resort de tourisme" classification. Just 10 km from Quimper, Ville d'Art et d'Histoire, the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of city walls.
Neighboring towns, within a 25 km radius, evoke a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th-century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, France's leading small-scale fishing port. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Quimper/Bénodet shuttle (bus 41) - Nearest train station: Quimper, about 25 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Quimper Bretagne airport about 20 minutes away by car. Other remarks: - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
