The Centre of Udine is about 11 minutes by car and 16 minutes by public transport. The villa is 196 square meters and is on two levels, connected by stairs. The interior space is organized as follows: -> LOWER LEVEL - KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, moka coffee maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, wine glasses, TV and dining table; - LIVING ROOM two sofas, TV and dining table; - BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with single bed; - BATHROOM I with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet; - BATHROOM with washbasin and toilet; - GARDEN. -> UPPER LEVEL - BEDROOM III with double bed and access to balcony I; - BATHROOM III with bathtub, shower, washbasin, bidet and WC; - LAUNDRY AREA with washing machine and access to balcony II; - BALCONY I; - BALCONY II. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, drying rack, hairdryer, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board. Availability of a covered parking space for guests.
