Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 30 m² garden. It enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of the medieval city, on the famous Rue de l'Horloge, just a stone's throw from the Jacobins theatre. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
