Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you !

- A 14m² balcony facing south-west, with a view of the river and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-André-de-Cubzac, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
Close to Bordeaux (30 km), there are many cultural and sporting activities to discover in the region.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park, which is under video surveillance.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you :
- Nearest train station : Saint-André-de-Cubzac (2.5 km)
- Nearest airport : Bordeaux-Mérignac (36 km)
