The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms — one bathroom features a bath, while the other has a walk-in shower — making it ideal for families, couples or two couples travelling together. For year-round comfort, the property has air conditioning and heating throughout, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi. A private parking space in the underground garage is also provided for guests. The attractive Las Palmeras complex offers guests a choice of five communal swimming pools, with two pools open all year round. The apartment is conveniently located on the upper part of Calahonda, approximately 10 minutes' walk from local bars and restaurants. The area's sandy beaches and supermarkets are just a 5-minute drive away, while the popular coastal resorts of Marbella and Fuengirola are both around a 15-minute drive. Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach holiday, exploring the Costa del Sol or simply enjoying the sunshine from your private terrace, this apartment provides a comfortable and convenient base. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Interior and terrace sizes are approximate. **************************************************************************************** There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata.
A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Additional person supplement: 75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure.
An outside key box is used when our office is closed.
Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
