Cozy apartment of 85 sqm, can accommodate up to 3 people, located on the ground floor of a building in a quiet residential district in Menaggio, excellent starting point to discover Lake Como and the mountains that surround it. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort including a veranda and a parking space for guests.
NATIONAL CODE: IT013145B45DZD72WP The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table and access to the veranda; - KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster and kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM I with double bed, Smart TV, wardrobe, dresser and access to the veranda; - BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe and dresser; - BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet; - VERANDA.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating by Fancoil, fan, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Availability of an open and allocated parking space.
PLEASE NOTE: there are steps from the parking space to reach the entrance of the apartment.
The fireplace in the living room is NOT usable.
NO A/C and NO WIFI.
The entire accommodation is available to guests 7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
The payment of the tourist tax is expected from 1/4 to 31/10 for the first 14 days.
The amount is 1.00 Euros per day per person.
For children under 7 years of age the amount is free.

Schöne Wohnung für bis zu 4 Personen mit einer kleinen Terrasse, teils mit Blick auf den See. Kleine Küche mit ausreichender Ausstattung. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Anhöhe in Menaggio. Zu Fuß in den Ort ca 15min, die Fähre ist in ca 20min zu erreichen. Innerhalb des Objektes gibt es für jede Wohnung einen Parkplatz.
